Select tickets
By clicking the 'Buy' button on the programme page of the website you will gain direct access to the booking page for the selected performance in the online shop. Select the desired seats on the seating plan (JavaScript must be activated!) or choose free-seating, enter the desired number of tickets and put these in the basket.
Select a voucher
Enter the value and desired number of vouchers here and click 'next'.
Basket
All selected tickets will be listed in the basket. Here you can view your selected seats on the seating plan again ('Show seats on seating plan') or remove them ('Remove highlighted seats'). Concessions can also be applied in the basket:
Select/tick tickets – select concession – 'Apply concessions to selected seats.'
(Please note that concessions are not available for all seats!)
To buy more tickets, or tickets for other performances, click ‘Back to programme’ to return to the website and select the desired performance. (Maximum number of tickets/booking = 10). To proceed with your booking click 'Continue to registration' or 'Continue to postage and payment' (if you are already registered).
Postage/payment
Select the desired means of postage and method of payment.
Completion
Following successful payment you will once again be forwarded to the order summary in our online shop. You will receive confirmation of your booking via e-mail at the address you have provided us with and/or you can click the 'print view' button to open the confirmation in a new window and print it out.
